Apply for a Grant

Please review our Application Guidelines before applying for support.

When is the application deadline?

The application deadline is September 30th. Applications received after this date will not receive consideration. All application materials must be received by the deadline. Questions about the application or reporting requirements should be submitted at least two weeks before deadlines.

What must be submitted as part of the application?

  1. Is your organization a Quaker organization? If yes, you may submit the Quaker Organization Grant Application.
  2. Does your organization serve the community of Moorestown, NJ, or Southern New Jersey? If yes, you may submit the Community Organization Grant Application.

If you cannot answer Yes to either of these questions, your organization is not eligible for a grant – do not submit an application.

In addition to the appropriate Application form, applicants must submit the following items to be considered.

  1. Organizational Chart indicating organizational structure and staffing levels. Organizations which supplied this the previous year may omit this.
  2. Proof of non-profit or governmental status. Organizations which supplied this the previous year may omit this.
  3. The names of the members and officers of their governing bodies.
  4. Audited Financial Statements from the most recent available Calendar or Fiscal Year. (Note: Financial Statements must also include signed letter from the auditor summarizing findings and recommendations of the audit.)  Small organizations which do not have audited financial statements should submit such statements from their umbrella organization, if applicable. If not sure what financial information to provide, email questions by August 15.

How should applications be submitted?

  1. Mail two hard copies of the application to:

    Do not mail hard copies of supporting documents.

  2. Email the application and supporting documents listed above no later than September 30 with a subject line beginning with the name or initials of the organization to the address below.  The email should include a copy of the receipt (postal, FedEx, etc.) for mailing the hard copies:

Applicants will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of their completed application.
